Easy Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 3 T. Red wine, white wine, or good vinegar
  • 1 T. Dijon mustard
  • 2 T. Minced fresh herbs (basil, tarragon, thyme, parsley)
  • Salt and Freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 10 T. Olive oil  added slowly

Cooking Instructions

Put wine vinegar, mustard, herbs, salt and pepper in blender. Blend 30 seconds. Slowly add olive oil through the top of blender until emulsified. Keeps in refrigerator for two weeks.
