Dr. Haas' Pregnancy Shake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. apple juice
  • 1 t. black strap molasses
  • 1 banana
  • 2 t. nutritional yeast
  • 1 c. yogurt
  • 1 t. wheat germ or fresh ground flax seed
  • 2 T. raw honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 c. raw milk
  • 1/3 t. powdered kelp

Cooking Instructions

Blend all ingredients together.
