Dr. Haas' Pregnancy Shake
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. apple juice
- 1 t. black strap molasses
- 1 banana
- 2 t. nutritional yeast
- 1 c. yogurt
- 1 t. wheat germ or fresh ground flax seed
- 2 T. raw honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 c. raw milk
- 1/3 t. powdered kelp
Cooking Instructions
Blend all ingredients together.
