Berry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 c. plain yogurt
  • 1 banana, frozen, peeled and cut up
  • 1 c. berries, frozen or fresh - strawberries, blue berries, raspberries, etc.
  • 1/3 c. raw honey or maple syrup

Cooking Instructions

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

Tip #1: Buy discounted bananas that are turning brown and freeze.

Tip #2: For extra nutrition add one or any combination of the following: egg yolk, coconut milk, whey powder,flax oil or freshly ground seeds, bee pollen, spirulina, green powder, etc.
