Borage Cheese

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. ricotta cheese
  • 2 T. cream
  • 1 handful of very young borage leaves, very finely chopped
  • 1 T. finely chopped fresh dill
  • borage flowers

Cooking Instructions

Mix the cheese with the chopped borage leaves and dill, form into a round shape and decorate with lots of borage flowers. Serve with crackers.
