Borage Cheese
Ingredients
- 8 oz. ricotta cheese
- 2 T. cream
- 1 handful of very young borage leaves, very finely chopped
- 1 T. finely chopped fresh dill
- borage flowers
Cooking Instructions
Mix the cheese with the chopped borage leaves and dill, form into a round shape and decorate with lots of borage flowers. Serve with crackers.
