Yarrow Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 1 c. boiling water
  • handful of young yarrow leaves
  • 1 c. sheep sorrel leaves
  • 1/2 c. mint leaves
  • 3 lemons, juiced
  • 3 cups cold water
  • honey or stevia to sweeten

Cooking Instructions

1. Pour boiling water over yarrow leaves. Steep 15 minutes. Strain and cool.

2. Put sorrel, mint, lemonjuice and yarrow tea in a blender or food processor. Process at high speed.

3. Strain and add cold water. Add honey or stevia to taste. Serve over ice.
