The idea of using flowers for healing is far from new. For centuries, healers have been using plants and flowers as medicine. Like homeopathy, flower essence therapy works on an energetic level to restore the equilibrium of the body, mind, and spirit. Flower essences work with emotions and attitudes, which are often a factor in many health issues. In this class, we will explore the 38 Bach Flower Remedies as well as the most important North American Flower Essence society Remedies that are commonly used.
